We use a third party payment gateway for processing the purchase of your preferred product. Verification of credit information, however, is accomplished solely by the User through the authentication process. However, Kuber provides you an option not to save your payment details. User is advised, however, that internet technology is not full proof safe and User should exercise discretion on using the same.

The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the payment gateway, in addition to these terms mentioned below. We do not control and are not liable for the security or performance of the payment gateway. Users should consult these third party service provider’s privacy notices as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by them.

Users hereby agrees and confirms that while availing the payment services available on the platform, Kuber will not be responsible or will assume any liability, whatsoever, of any nature, in respect of any loss, cost, damage (direct or indirect), loss of profit, fee, liability, arising directly or indirectly to the user due to:

• lack of authorization for any transaction/s,
• exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by and between the user and relevant banks of the user,
• any payment issues arising out of the transaction,
• illegitimacy of the payment methods (credit/debit card frauds etc.) being used by a user;
• temporarily discontinuation of invitation to offer; and / or
• decline of transaction for any reason(s) whatsoever.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site/App, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
